How can I log in to Kiwinote?
You can log in using:
Apple ID
Google account
📌 Email/password login is not currently supported.
Make sure your Apple or Google credentials are valid and accessible when logging in across devices.
How can I update my account details?
Account details like your name, email, or password are managed directly through your Apple or Google account settings.
If you change your email/password on Apple or Google, it will update how you access Kiwinote.
How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?
You do not need to delete your Kiwinote account to cancel your subscription.

Can I delete my Kiwinote account?
Yes. While you cannot delete your account directly from the app or web interface, you can request deletion by emailing us.
To delete your account:
Send an email to [email protected]
Use the subject: Account Deletion Request
Include your login method (Apple or Google) and the associated email address (if applicable)
Once we verify your identity, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within a few days.
⚠️ Deleting your account will:
Remove all notes and flashcards
Terminate any active subscriptions (but not refund past payments)
