Overview
Kiwinote is available on two platforms, each with its own subscription and payment management system:
iOS Application: Payments are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store.
Web Application: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Free Trial (Yearly Plan Only)
We offer a 7-day free trial exclusively on the yearly subscription plan. Important details:
The free trial can only be activated once per user account — this is a lifetime limit.
Attempting to start a second free trial will result in an immediate charge for the full annual plan.
Make sure to cancel the trial before the end of the 7 days if you do not wish to be charged.
Subscription Management
iOS App Subscriptions (Apple)
How to manage your iOS subscription:
Open your Kiwinote App.
Tap Subscriptions, then select Kiwinote to manage or cancel.
Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID settings.
To cancel, change plans, or turn off auto-renewal, open your iOS settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Kiwinote.
Apple controls billing and cancellation timing. Kiwinote cannot make changes or issue refunds directly.

Web App Subscriptions (Stripe)
How to manage your Web App subscription:
Log in at www.kiwinote.ai and go to your Account Settings.
Under the Billing section, you can view, manage, or cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

🔁 I continue to receive payment requests. How can I stop payments?
Subscription charges after a free trial vary depending on your subscription platform:
🔹 App Store (Apple)
Apple applies its own retry terms: if a charge fails at the end of your free trial, the system automatically enters a billing retry state, attempting to renew over time (potentially for up to 60 days).
You must cancel the subscription before the trial ends (at least 24 hours prior) to stop charges.
If billing issues occur, Apple’s grace period may help maintain access while retries are in progress.
Kiwinote cannot process cancellations or refunds on App Store subscriptions — these must be managed via your Apple ID settings.
🔹 Web App (Stripe)
Stripe uses its Smart Retries logic, which typically makes up to 8 retry attempts over a window of a few weeks.
If a retry results in a hard decline (like an expired or stolen card), additional attempts stop unless a new payment method is updated.
To stop further charges, log into Kiwinote at kiwinote.ai, go to Account Settings → Billing, and cancel your subscription.
