1. I purchased a subscription but still see the paywall
If you’ve paid for a subscription but still see the paywall, you may have logged into the wrong account.
Common scenario: You previously signed in using Apple, Google, or email—but later used a different method and ended up in an account without a subscription.
To resolve this:
Try logging out and signing in again using the method you originally used.
If you’re unsure which login method you used, contact us with a screenshot of your payment receipt.
Also, share the note link where the issue appears (via the “Share Note” button).
2. I'm getting a "File too small" error when uploading a document
To ensure proper analysis, upload PDF files that are at least 2MB in size or contain 10+ pages. Very short or light PDFs may fail to process correctly.
3. Can I use Kiwinote on a MacBook?
The Kiwinote iOS app is not optimized for MacBooks.
Instead, we recommend using the Web App via your browser at kiwinote.ai, which offers a better experience and more features.
4. Can I use Kiwinote on multiple devices?
Yes! You can use the same Kiwinote account across all your devices simultaneously, without any limitations.
Simply log in using the same method (Apple, Google, or email) on each device to keep your data synced.
5. Why can't I find my notes or subscription after logging in?
This usually happens when a user logs in using a different method than the one they originally used (e.g., signing up with Apple, but logging back in with Google).
To avoid this:
Always log in using the same method you used at sign-up.
If you're unsure, contact support with your payment email or receipt to help identify your original account.
6. Is there a desktop app?
Kiwinote currently offers:

A powerful web version for desktop/laptop use at kiwinote.ai
We do not offer a separate desktop app.
